Certain drops may operate on a pre-order basis. Pre-order dates, shipping timelines, and product details will be clearly listed on the product page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the stated timeline and agree to the wait period.
7. Shipping
Shipping timelines begin once the order has been processed. Delays outside of our control (carrier issues, weather, etc.) are not the responsibility of Nutre. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications once an order is placed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
